Quinoa Salad || Recipe


One of my new resolution is to eat healthier. It sounds a very easy thing to do but I assure you it is not. Yesterday for lunch I tried for the first time the quinoa salad. It is very easy and fast to do and what I like the most about it is that is super duper healthy.

Recipe:
The only thing I did is that I cooked the quinoa (1 cup) in boiling water. After 15 minutes it was ready and I added some cherry tomatoes (4) and some feta cheese. And it's ready to serve :)
